Banana Bread Latte Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 100grolled oats
- 1ripe banana, mashed
- 240mlstrong brewed espresso, cooled
- 120mlunsweetened almond milk
- 15mlmaple syrup
- 5mlvanilla extract
- 2.5mlground cinnamon
- 1.25mlground nutmeg
- 15gchopped walnuts
- pinchsea salt
How to make it
Brew espresso and allow to cool to room temperature for 5 minutes
In a mason jar or container, combine mashed banana, cooled espresso, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
Add rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt to the mixture
Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and no lumps remain
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours
In the morning, stir and add additional almond milk if needed to reach desired consistency
Top with chopped walnuts and serve chilled or heated in microwave for 1-2 minutes
