Biscoff Yogurt Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
- 200gcream cheese, softened
- 150gGreek yogurt
- 50gBiscoff spread
- 30gicing sugar
- 1vanilla extract
- 80gBiscoff biscuits, crushed
- 40gmelted butter
- 15ghoney
- 4mason jars or glass cups
How to make it
Combine crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter and divide evenly among jars, pressing down gently to form base layer
Beat softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined
Add Biscoff spread, icing sugar, and vanilla extract to cheese mixture and whisk until fully incorporated
Spoon cheesecake mixture over biscuit base in each jar, filling three-quarters full
Top each jar with remaining crushed Biscoff biscuits and drizzle with honey
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving, or serve immediately for softer texture
