Banana Bread Syrup Oat Latte
A cozy homemade latte made with caramelised ripe banana syrup, warm cinnamon, and creamy oat milk. Your morning ritual just got a delicious upgrade.
Ingredients
- 2 cupsunsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cuprolled oats
- 1 ripe bananabanana
- 2 tablespoonsbanana bread syrup
- 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoonground cinnamon
- pinchsea salt
- 1 tablespoonmaple syrup
How to make it
Pour oat milk into a blender with rolled oats and blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and creamy
Add banana, banana bread syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt to the blender
Blend until well combined and frothy, about 30 seconds
Pour mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until steaming
Divide into 2 mugs and drizzle with maple syrup
Stir well and serve immediately while hot
