Ingredients

  • 200gpitted dates
  • 100graw almonds
  • 50gunsweetened cacao powder
  • 30gcoconut oil
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • pinchsea salt
  • 2 tablespoonsmaple syrup

How to make it

Step 1

Add pitted dates and raw almonds to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped

Step 2

Add cacao powder, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the processor

Step 3

Pulse until the mixture is well combined and holds together when pressed

Step 4

Drizzle in maple syrup and pulse again until fully incorporated

Step 5

Scoop mixture into tablespoon-sized portions and roll between your palms into balls

Step 6
