Honey Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Almonds tossed in honey, fresh rosemary and sea salt, roasted until sticky and fragrant. The snack you make once and then make every week forever.
Ingredients
- 250graw almonds
- 3 tbspraw honey
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tspfresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tspsea salt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
How to make it
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and olive oil until well combined.
Place almonds in a large mixing bowl and pour honey-oil mixture over them.
Toss almonds thoroughly to ensure even coating.
Add fresh rosemary leaves, sea salt, and black pepper to the almonds.
Toss again until rosemary and seasonings are evenly distributed.
Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
