  • 4 slicesFinnish rye bread
  • 150gkimchi, roughly chopped
  • 100gpickled onions
  • 80gmature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 30gbutter, softened
  • 2 tbspkimchi juice from jar
  • 1 tspcaraway seeds

How to make it

Step 1

Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

Place 2 slices butter-side down on a cutting board. Divide kimchi between them and spread evenly.

Layer pickled onions over the kimchi on each slice.
